I purchased the yellow (85% blockage) glasses and I love them. I use them while working on my phone/computer during the day and in the evening if I’m driving or doing other tasks during which the orange glasses would be too dark to function easily. I’ve noticed my eyes aren’t as tired at the end of the day and that my distance vision isn’t as blurry, especially after looking at a computer screen. I would highly recommend purchasing BOTH colors of glasses to support eye, hormone, and circadian health, but definitely the yellow glasses if you’re working on computers or operating under harsh LED lighting every day.
