SPERO Return Policy

As a small company, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, as per our discretion. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based on looks or opinions. To be eligible for a return, your Spero products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. When returning an item, please include a note with your name and order number for proper processing. Please keep in mind that all returns are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Package the item carefully for safe transit, enclose a copy of your order invoice and ship it to:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at matt@speroprotectionclothing.com and send your item to:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different product, please refer to our website for available products and inventory to make sure we offer what you are requesting.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Spero currently ships internationally! 

Shipping options are available at checkout, and we ship within 1-3 days primarily using priority mail.

Note: If an item is on backorder, it will take 2 weeks (or less) for us to ship out your order. If an item on backorder is ordered with other products, we will ship the entire order out together once the backordered item is available. 

Shipping cost is based on weight. 

All rates are in U.S Dollars

If there are any issues during the shipping process that result in your order being sent back to us, we will re-ship your order for an extra fee.
