Returns & Shipping

We want you to be safe, protected, and satisfied. The policies below are written to be clear about what we will do for you and what we ask in return — no fine-print surprises.

Shipping

Where we ship. We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to most countries.

Carriers. USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders; USPS International or UPS Worldwide Saver for international orders, depending on destination.

Shipping cost. Calculated by weight at checkout. All rates are shown in U.S. Dollars.

Backorders. If an item is on backorder, it may take up to 3 weeks to ship. When a backordered item is ordered together with in-stock items, we ship the entire order at once when everything is available. We will email you with an updated timeline. Shipping carrier delays are not within our control, and we appreciate your patience.

International orders — customs, duties, taxes. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local carrier or customs office. Customs processing can add 5–30 days to international transit times; we cannot accelerate these.

Wrong address. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship at your cost.

Returns

We handle returns thoughtfully — small batches, real silver fiber, careful inspection. Here is exactly how it works.

Return window. You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 60 days, we can no longer accept returns.

What is eligible for return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, free of odors or scents, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Silver-fiber garments degrade in conductivity when washed (especially in untreated tap water — see our washing instructions). A washed garment is no longer resalable as new, so we cannot accept washed items for return.

What is not returnable:

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, or that carry odors or smells
• Items returned after the 60-day window
• Custom or personalized items, embroidered products, and custom design-fee orders (final sale)
• Re-ship fee SKUs and gift cards

Restocking fee. A 15% processing and restocking fee applies to standard returns. This covers our inspection, repackaging, and small-batch operating costs. Defective or wrong-item returns are exempt from this fee (see below).

Original shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns. If we sent you the wrong item or the item was defective, original shipping is refunded.

International returns. International customers may return items under the same conditions. Return shipping cost and any international duties on the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility. The 15% restocking fee applies to international customer-initiated returns.

Defective or Wrong Item — Different Process

If you received a defective product or the wrong item:

1. Email sa***@*********************ng.com within 60 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable
3. We will send you a prepaid return label (US customers; international handled case-by-case)
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a full replacement OR a full refund — your choice
5. No restocking fee. Original shipping refunded. Return shipping on us.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at sa***@*********************ng.com with your order number to initiate the return
2. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging with all tags attached
3. Include a note with your name and order number
4. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot issue a refund for an item we do not receive

Exchanges

Defective or damaged. We replace defective or damaged items for the same product at no charge within 60 days of delivery. Email us at sa***@*********************ng.com to start the exchange — we will send a prepaid return label and ship the replacement once we receive your return.

Different size or different item. If your item fits and works but you would like a different size or a different product entirely:

• You are welcome to exchange it within 30 days of delivery
• The item must meet the same eligibility conditions as a return (unused, unwashed, original packaging, tags attached)
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• No restocking fee on an exchange (you only pay shipping)
• If the new item costs more, we will send an invoice for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1–3 business days and email you with the result (approved or rejected).

If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

If rejected (item does not meet eligibility): We will email you within 1–3 business days with the specific reason and offer to return the item to you at your cost, or recycle/donate it at no charge.
