WASHING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Water under 30 degrees Celsius / 86 Fahrenheit
Do not bleach
Tumble dry with low heat or hang dry out of the sun.
Do not iron
Do not dry clean

Use Clean Water (Distilled or Reverse Osmosis)
In order to maintain effective shielding please recognize that this is a very special product, literal silver armor to shield from EMF radiation. To ensure the longevity of your silver lined Spero products, please know that silver cannot be washed like normal fabric. To be on the safe side, please avoid washing your Spero gear with tap water or well water, it must be washed with distilled or reverse osmosis water and SPERO Silver Fabric Detergent, of a gentle citrus-free soap. Chemicals found in tap water and well water such as Fluoride, Chlorine and Sulphur all corrode and tarnish Silver, making the silver fabric less conductive and therefore less protective. A little care will go a long way with the Spero EMF blocking beanie.
A little care will go a long way with the Spero silver lined products. Please use Spero products as an EMF reduction strategy complimented with other life decisions such as getting your own EMF detection meter, not wearing blue tooth headphones, not holding a cell phone to your head, not sleeping next to a Wi-Fi router and putting your smart phone on power saving mode with a blue light filter.

I completely love it! I’m wearing it 24/7 as my apartment is an EMF nightmare! It’s cut down the constant tinnitus (which for me is hearing 10 crickets and 2 cicadas nonstop) by half. I sleep much better and for longer periods of time. It’s winter here in Wisconsin, so I typically wear a warm stocking hat over it. For the relief I’m getting from it chronic bed head isn’t even an issue. I’m looking forward to my next purchases. Faraday fold over bag for my cellphone, EMF protection glasses, incandescent bulbs (I keep missing the 100 watt as they sell out quickly!), a maternity apron (I’m a vintage 64 woman so I need one when I’m in my kitchen because I’m in the path of 4 smart meters/already had 4 beautiful kids long ago.) And lastly a large blanket. The ability to really get decent sleep is a life changer! Great products with great customer service!! 10 out of 10!!
