Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and similar laws, and supplements our general Privacy Policy. Consumer health data is personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.

Under MHMDA, this can include data inferred from your activity — such as browsing history, search history, IP address, precise geolocation, or purchases — when that data is used to infer a health condition or status. Because Spero sells EMF-protective and shielding apparel, your activity on this site (for example, viewing or buying protective products) could in some cases be used to infer a health-related interest. We treat that information with the protections described below.

1. What we collect

Depending on how you interact with Spero, we may collect:

• Health-related interests you share with us directly (for example, in a message or order note);
• The wellness- or protection-related products you view or buy; and
• Technical signals such as your IP address and approximate location.

2. How we use it

We use consumer health data only to provide and improve our products and services, fulfill your orders, respond to you, and operate Spero.

3. Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers and processors who act on our behalf under contract — for example, our payment processors and shipping carriers. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your separate, valid authorization.

4. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the consumer health data we have about you;
• Withdraw your consent to our collection or sharing of it;
• Delete your consumer health data; and
• Appeal if we deny your request.
